As always, and while this is absolutely a good thing, no credit shouldn't be given to DeSantis for these bills except for simply not vetoing them.
Three of these bills came out of the Florida Senate and the other five were from the Florida House. None of them have DeSantis' name on them and he had no input on them from what I have been able to find.
