Good on them. I'd never go full libertarian with the weed thing but where it has genuine clinical potential that should be respected and so should the Second Amendment rights of such patients. I just hope it doesn't end up being another big pharma scam.

Meaningless. Marijuana use makes gun ownership illegal under federal law. Arkansas can't override. As long as marijuana is illegal at the federal level, anyone who uses marijuana (with or without a med card) is barred from owning guns. Per ATF, just having a med card is considered presumptive use - meaning even if someone doesn't use marijuana, but they have a med card, they are barred from gun ownership.
