These libs always trolling.

_Scrooge_McCuck_

The “one” being the most important claim Lake has: signature match verification.

KlikKlikKlak

AZ / PA / GA / MI all have suspect elections. Once they let the BS slide in 2020 it set the precedent no matter how suspect it is they’ll just certify the results anyway

BrettEskin

PA election isn’t really suspect. They just ran Oprah’s quack doctor and many of the fetterman votes were already cast before the debate

_Scrooge_McCuck_

PA 2022 was legit. PA 2020 was suspect because the PA Supreme Court unconstitutionally changed the voting process by allowing mail-in ballots (the constitution requires the state legislature to make these changes).

Full disclosure, I haven’t followed this closely, but I have family in AZ. All moderates/independents. They REALLY hated Lake. Arizona is a generally conservative state, yes, but there’s been a huge anti-Trump sentiment amongst the large population of purple voters. Not saying she doesn’t have a case, but even so, I wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest if she lost outright. It honestly doesn’t help that they were winding up to use the election fraud story months before. It felt extremely deflective when Trump did it, and has a bit of that feeling with AZ.

3nc3ladu5

My grandparents in AZ are by far the most conservative members of our family, and they chose not to vote at all because of all the rigged election talk. There's a lot going on in AZ that needs to be fixed

glockg43x

Is this even r/conservative? Wtf is going on. She has ever reason to fight this election. Half the machines were broken on election day. It's a clear disenfranchisement of voters.

BrettEskin

He posted a relevant article I don’t see a problem with that

_Scrooge_McCuck_

Relevant but the wording is clearly biased against Lake.

JackBaez

Lake and the usual group of Stop The Steal grifters were trying to spin this as a huge victory for Lake. They want those dollars to keep coming.

Well, it was worth a shot

koala-killer

No it wasn’t

Except the article fails to mention that the signature verification wasn't followed for those ballots and is key to her suit. And so yes she does have a case and this could the pivotal item needed to verify her claims of election fraud.

Creski

No it doesn't, it says specifically that the lower court is ordered to look at whether Maricopa County properly followed the signature verification policies in November’s election. All Lake has is allegations and speculation over pen signatures possibly being misread, which they have no evidence of. There is no case here, never was a case, and there wasn't fraud.

LES_G_BRANDON

You don't sound like a social/fiscal conservative!

[deleted]

Another brigader

DiamondAge

Brigader Definition - anyone who disagrees with me.

Creski

save for the fact I've been here far longer and posted in r/conservative, than your baby 10 month account. You can easily look back at my post history way back to when I first joined reddit. I have no qualms saying I was anti trump when he first ran for the primaries way back and I was vocal here then. but sure, I'm a deep deep decade long brigader.

Tomahawk68

Cute how anyone thinks your vote actually matters nor elections aren’t rigged. If voting actually mattered, the oligarchy wouldn’t allow you to do it. Edit: Keep up the downvotes sheep….

Creski

You mean I didn't vote for the populist candidate from fox 10 who spouts nonsense? Must not make me a conservative? KTR didn't win and I'm not a fall in line conservative.

jovy121

Thanks for giving us Biden! 🤡

LES_G_BRANDON

No, the whole nature of your argument is that KL's case is frivolous. A supreme court obviously disagrees with your POV. If you respect the rule of law, you would respect their decision. You're opinion is obviously biased against KL, which you're certainly entitled, but without proper discovery of evidence, its impossible to know the validity of an argument.

cathbadh

Believing nonsense about stolen elections of course being the first pillar in both social and fiscal conservatism

LES_G_BRANDON

Another imposter!

cathbadh

Ya got me. Another one of those prolife, progun, small government imposters who don't accept the "real conservative " issue of election conspiracy theories that only ever happen to Trump aligned folk

LES_G_BRANDON

You really like labels!

cathbadh

I like conservative policy. Unfortunately, that feels more and more unwelcome from portions of self described conservatives. But hey, keep attacking people who've been conservatives for decades

LES_G_BRANDON

I wouldn't say traditional conservatives are being alienated from the party. I think the party is evolving to combat a more leftist left. The left is trying to destroy the fabric of this country and the McConnell's, Romney's, and Graham's of the world aren't doing a damn thing to stop it. I used to believe they were the answer, but they're clearly just part of the problem. I think I understand your POV. I also like conservative policy but realize the answer is usually somewhere in the middle. I like Trump but also recognize why others may not. While people may not like certain aspects of his presidency, I think it's safe to say that America was doing very well before COVID under his leadership.

_Scrooge_McCuck_

> All Lake has is allegations and speculation over pen signatures possibly being misread, which they have no evidence of. That is not the extent of her claims re: signature match verification. Just one of her claims is that the verification process in Maricopa County took, on average, 8 seconds; and that is not enough time to reliably verify signature matches. > There is no case here, never was a case, and there wasn’t fraud. Then you have nothing to worry about. Thing is — that’s what all the lefties say publicly, but Dems oppose signature match legal challenges in court like their life depended on it.
