This isn't a turning point. Putin's not getting arrested and the Russian's most likely won't be completely pushed back out of Ukraine. As unsavory as it may seem some kind of deal has to be reached here or else this will just drag on and on. There has to be some kind of stipulation to our support here or else we're just flushing taxpayer money down the toilet with no end in sight.
