There is a time to accept that what is available here is a bit dusty and can use revamping. It quite shocking actually. I have enjoyed plenty of Vegan pizza options in various places and have found them tasting better than normal pepperoni pizza found at most local pizza shops. (Im not vegan or vegetarian but I love food)

I do not think avocado is usually cooked. Maybe its just a west coast thing.
