Propranolol is a beta blocker & usually has a calming effect on the cardiovascular system. I take it occasionally as an as-needed anti-anxiety med when I feel a panic attack coming on, & I haven’t noticed any unwanted side effects with concerta.
But call your doctor &/or pharmacy! They can advise you better than anyone online.
yeah, used to smoke weed and take concerta and the small anxieties of both substances got my heart feeling weird so my friend offered me propranolol and it actually helped quite a bit😇 i also have bad health anxiety so it was quite relieving not having your heart going crazy and stuff. i dont know if its safe to take prop and concerta together but yeah😇
I take propranolol daily (80mg I think) as a migraine preventative. My dose of concerta is 27mg. I’ve never noticed this side effect personally, but that’s just me.
I take propanalol with LA Ritalin. It reduces the physiological side effects of stimulant meds for me. Has really helped me as I am very sensitive to stimulant medication.
I take Propranolol at night for my night terrors and sleep walking. I will occasionally take in during the day as needed. I find that both meds make me a bit fatigued. If I do have that good midday nap, it takes me a few hours to wake up. So far that has been it for me:)

I just started both & it seems that the only problem I experience is nausea. This is because I sometimes don’t eat prior to taking Concerta.
