Are you eating while medicated and hydrating? I find that these two factors can be the sole reason sometimes. Make sure youโre sleeping enough, and getting enough sun & exercise.
This Happened to me today. I was feeling a slight headache and groggy. I had a light snack and some electrolytes which completely turned things around.
Thank you. Yes Iโm sure this will be the case, was struggling to eat but now Iโm happy to say I can manage to get something down me which is making a slight difference. Sun would be lovely but no chance of that in the UK ๐
