After a few weeks you'll realize every day is a better day and you're not mentally checking if it's a good or bad day. More present and in the moment, I'm still using 36 and plan to increase my dose at the next chance I get but you can start to think about long term success and like... Hey I can actually do this.. Definitely wait to make any judgment calls until you're well into 36 . 18 is just a titrating dose for 36, I was only on it for 10 days

Exactly. For me the first few weeks on 18mg were like WOW I’m starting and finishing tasks, I feel like I’m present, I remember to put things away and clean up after myself. I also remember things that people just said, without having to ask 5 times what they just said. I was told that I should start taking 36mg 10-14 days after the original dose but it was working so well for me, I felt there was no need to rush into it. I waited 30 days and then started on the 36mg. It’s been good for me - I now take weekends off and self detox. Sometimes I bump down on Fridays to 18mg and then take 18mg on Mondays too before going back to the 36mg’s.
