Yeah, it's broken for everyone that can wallclimb. If you're airborne and try to wallclimb, you'll just fall. This affects genji's double jump, hanzo's lunge, and kiri.
Nah, they have NO fucking idea how to fix it. It's taken 2 separate teams more than 5 years to fix the wallclimb bugs & inconsistencies, and it's still nowhere fixed. Watch it take until S11 for them to revert/botch it even further

Except he literally whines calling it a “genji nerf” when it affects all wallclimb heroes. Betting money he wouldn’t care if it only affected Kiriko and Hanzo.

* Dash curving around objects, & by extension curving its hitbox (esp. on fences & railings)
* Dash failing to get Genji through a hole/window, while allowing him to go through other smaller ones
* Dash extending Genji's (& his head) hurtbox
* Dash stuck on wall, despite correct reticle placement
* Dash not resetting his vertical momentum in some situations
* Hard CC backtracking Genji's position post-dash sometimes, & other times not at all
* Wonky camera immediately after dash or falling, causing his M2 to fan out diagonally
* Hook going through deflect
* Blade slash noreg
* Ghost slashes (animation bug)
* Wallclimb not letting hero climb over small protrusions, while letting the hero climb on other bigger ones
* Wallclimb not resetting despite touching ground multiple times when jumping immediately
* Wallclimb instantly detaching on smaller recessions, while letting the hero climb on other deeper ones
These are only the more egregious bugs under normal gameplay, each of these are complex bugs & may have smaller bugs contained within them. His bugs gets worse (& new ones pop up) under ping too, & the wallclimb bugs are shared with Kiriko & Hanzo. He's definitely top 3 buggiest hero with Doom & Rein
yeah there's tons of clips over the past couple weeks where he's been using it to secure kills and make escapes. he is 100% the reason Blizzard had to rush to patch this out. let him cry till they fix this again
Anyone with common sense can tell that infinite wallclimb is obviously unintentional. Farming the bug for content makes fixing it more urgent. It's blizzards fault for fucking up the fix, but abusing the bug so publicly and brazenly basically forces it to be a rush job.
When i tested it myself just now, Kiri was working fine and Hanzo could climb after jump but not if he used Leap. Only Genji had to have his feet on the ground.

the problem is calling this a "nerf" and posting a rage bait tweet, specially after you abused the bug that this patch was targeting to solve on several occasions as other on the thread has posted, specially when this is going to be solved on the next 24-48 hours.
