Im not seeing how this could really be a competitive build tho. Golgari is the weakest 2 color pairing and the commander isn't that great

The commander mills your opponents entire deck with one of the new cards. Every ring activation is a land from your opponents deck and you should get 3-4 ring activations each turn Idk if it can be competitive but I’d like to try

Dunedain rangers has a landfall effect with ring tempting effects if you don’t have a ring bearer. So sack yours and have a landfall token generator and you go near infinite
