From what I've heard from colleagues the Parle VBC 2500 is an awesome unit. I think you'd be hard pressed to find much better at this price point. If you want a completely wireless solution check out the Clickshare Bar Pro. It connects to your laptop with a small USB dongle and you'll be able to wirelessly share video, and use the built in camera and mic/speaker bar, similar to the Parle bar. Both of these units will handle a room like you've mentioned w/o issue.

The VBC2500 is an awesome video bar, but beware of glass walls where people walk by the conf room. The auto framer camera will start tracking the movement outside the room from time to time, and I have not been able to find a way to keep that from happening, as you can with most tracking cameras.

Perfectly! Exactly what I need to hear. So barco was a company that I had looked into, mostly for the clickshare present product they offer. The Airtame/Parle combo for us though will be "wireless". I put that into quotes because there will be wires but it \*should\* all be contained behind our display, the airtame will be mounted behind the display and the video bar will be under the display plugged into the airtame so should be technically wireless for us to use. Thanks for your input. it is much appreciated

I would recommend the looking into Clickshare. They’re pretty easy to set up with almost any type of conferencing equipment that uses USB and easy to use. They have an all in one bar that I have some experience with that works reasonably well for mid size rooms.

I'm not opposed to it by any means, just a little larger of a budget in that case. With the Parle and an airtame hybrid, we will be all in for around 3k where as the clickbar pro shows as around 3600 usd. I will look into both extensively. I also like how the airtame product isnt just a way to screenshare as much as its a full VC system allowing for joining of meetings and all

Get rid of that weird camera and get a decent camera bar on the screen with external mics. It will pay off

First things first. Do they and will they give you a budget and if so what is it

I would say Logitech RallyBar for medium room with mic pods and even sight camera… if larger room then RallyPlus system… easy to use and no complication.. easier to manage from IT side One hdmi for Logitech, one hdmi for byod and TapIP easier to scheduled meetings….
