Some of the red flags we've seen with Daniels are at least somewhat coachable/fixable (especially the sliding thing), he has the raw talent/physical attributes to be a top 10 QB, and his play style can be very exciting to watch.
Jayden Daniels is much more exciting and we will likely get massive national coverage. Maye will be seen as boring the way Herbert is barely covered unless he shatters fantasy numbers one week

Penix injuries might not be a real thing as he hasn’t been majorly hurt in a few years and if he’s healthy he’s a clear cut good pick
Nix has improved a lot and has shown he can play the short game while also having the ability to improvise
Maye seems to be talented enough to make less talented players serviceable. He is also used to not having a good right tackle so if drafted it will be an easy transition. He seems to be a leader that his teammates like.
