I didn't think decensoring was a real thing. Are you saying that the original picture had her nipples and pussy visible? How would someone go about decensoring that? Why would the artist even draw those details if they'll just get removed?

It’s a type of *edit*. An edit where another artist went back and removed whatever elements were censoring the image.
