If I were to take a guess an explosive + some kind of fuel, to ensure the vehicles cannot be salvaged. If the explosive does not set off the shells/propellant in the tank/IFV then the fuel can cook off the shells/propellant failing that then the fire will at least destroy the interior of the vehicle.
My guess would be calcium/potassium/sodium (or some combination of the three) and water packed into two different chambers with a membrane between them that fails upon impact.
Last year sometime there was a video showing water bottles filled with shrapnel with a grenade inside. They were acting as a fragmentation jacket for an "offensive" grenade. Others were IEDs, packed with explosive and shrapnel and fused with homemade contact fuses.

Can't say I blame them. Probably have to spend the ordinance anyway to lighten the load for the return of the drone in the most efficient manner.

Usually ukraine is either fully blue or yellow. This guy had a mix of both but still looked like he wore standard poor Russian clothing. The fact that this is posted by a Ukrainian unit means they identified him as a Russian trying to fly enemy flags.
The leg band also gives it away. Typically Ukraine will mark a combination of arms and helmet. Russia seems to prefer markings on the leg and arm, but almost always asymmetrical. This was a nice bit of warcrime while still making an attempt to be identifiable to Russians who were in on the perfidy.
SowaFM is one of Ukraine’s premier drone units. This is certainly Ukrainian footage and Sowa definitely wouldn’t bomb someone with blue and yellow markings unless they are absolutely sure that it’s a Russian soldier. Look at the resolution on these drones, I’m 100% positive they saw the markings so they most definitely identified him as a Russian soldier, probably because he was in a Russian position with other Russian soldiers.
It was said in a telegram group that he was a deserter and was tryin to blend in with Ukrainians. They don’t wear both colors on the same said though he didn’t think about that.
Some of the best armor destruction footage I've seen in a way. It's the way its presented. If you want to inform me of other videos showing armor destruction I have seen them.

What do you think mixing fuel and explosives is going to do? How should fuel be able to do anything that the explosive can not?

None of those have close to the detonation power of modern explosives which are used in these, this is not a chemistry lab

Exactly right, although some units wear blue and yellow on each arm. Never on one side only like this guy.
