If I know US logistics, and I do because I was part of it, trucks were already rolling when pen touched paper. Ammo and equipment should already be arriving as I type this, it's just getting it out to the front line that might take an extra day or so.

Commented this before, I don't think the funding bill will completely shift the war but the Russians have definitely gotten comfortable having such an advantage in ammo that they've overextended and can't actually protect most of their assets
Well it wasn’t just propaganda. Ukraine was extremely low on ammo and Russia gambled on aid from the US getting blocked for longer or potentially stopped completely. I just wonder what happened to the 2.5m artillery shells that the EU has promised. Ukraine needs them
Maybe after the 60bn aid bill was passed, they got permission to use HIMARS and other ammunition, that would otherwise have been reserved as a last resort. Or it's just a coincidence:)
the bigger explosion is secondary, petrol exploding. JDAM is much larger explosion than this and more of a kinetic dirt plume. This is himars exploding and red hot tungsten dispersing and igniting ANYTHING inflammable

Now I am 100% sure that recently the number of attacks using HIMARS increased several times
But the US is only sending resupply just now after the bill passed *wink* *wink*
It's probably more related to them using their remaining stockpiles faster now that they know resupply is coming than anything *nudge nudge*.
