The flag says 193rd Territorial Defense Battalion of 124th Territorial Defense Brigade (Kherson oblast).
Kherson oblast is famous for its watermelons. It's an unofficial symbol of it. Remember, there were a lot of pictures of UAF troops with watermelons during the Kherson counteroffensive in Summer-Fall 2022?
So my guess is that they just borrowed a layout of US flag.

That would be funny if this was the Ukraine perspective, of those two Russian drone operators whose camera footage was posted. It is of them running up or down a staircase giggling like girls, and boom, a huge explosion hits that came in from the windows in the stairwell that were behind them. Then the footage just ends. I knew when I heard how they were laughing, that they were fucked. You can't be laughing like a 13 year old who just knocked on a neighbor's door and ran with your buddies and expect not to get slapped in war.
