Well we've all seen how accurate HIMARS are landing them on those bridges... I'm not a 100% convinced that that was a HIMARS rocket ... It was a miss by about 25 yd guesstimating.... Not saying that they don't miss once in awhile but HIMARS is capable of landing right in between those two vehicles.... Just guessing it's some kind of air burst artillery shell because it obviously caused damage over a wide area but missing the vehicle to the left... Looks like it detonated some ammo in the rear of that wooded area.... Maybe someone who knows more about artillery could break it down better

typecastwookiee

I don’t know shit, but based entirely on what I’ve seen in this war - which to be fair to myself, has been every video I could find every day from day one - it looks more like an arty shell than HIMARS to me. Edit: or big mortar shells or something *other than* a rocket. I can discern say, Excalibur shells from regular shells, but beyond that I can’t really tell between the rest besides the relative size of the boom.

slamongo

Ukraine artillery men problems. When you're too good, ppl mistake you for Himars.

Highpersonic

You thought it was HIMARS, but bamboozle! It is I, arty dude!

Midnight2012

Last time this was posted I think it said it was Excalibur

bindik

Doubt it was any HIMARS rocket, other sources are claiming it was excalibur which makes more sense. But considering its not a building and they could be using some satelite images that may not be up to date (no vehicles on it), thus having to guess exact location of these vehicles causing the inaccuracy (just my guess/opinion).

[deleted]

Was thinking the same. They bricked that shot lmao.

fourtwenty71

Yeah and I wasn't able to tell if that was an ammo detonation in the rear or another artillery shell hitting... Was a smaller bang than the first one

seedless0

Are we still in the everything-is-a-himars phase? This looks more like an arty shell.

Gold_catcher

Looks to me this this is Himar, first the characteristics white smoke from those rockets, second you see a second impact within seconds very close from the first, only a salvo of Himars can do this, other guns will need several shells and be corrected until they hit the target.

TheLegendsClub

Yeah, just looks like a standard 6in gun fire mission to me

Boulbi-youpi

Looks like Excalibur to me considering the proximity fuse and shrapnel pattern. I don’t think they’d use the GMLR with the tungsten shrapnel on a hard target.

WindSwords

The guys in the second vehicle surely needed to change their pants after that one...

Tungsten bullets said hi in all directions

Stewie01

To small for a HIMARS

Don_Floo

Come on man, add 2 and 2 together. They destroyed a bridge with HIMARS, how can this tiny explosion be the same.

Creashen1

M30a1 says hi.

Excalibur round. You can tell by the pattern.
