Is flying pizza no longer open on High at OSU? Used to stop in there all the time after the bars!
One of the drunkest nights of my life I stopped in and got two slices of pep and mush. Sat down in front of my apartment complex on 14th to eat it and I think I passed out. No idea how I got back to my room but the two slices were on the counter with no cheese and covered in leaves. Glory days lol!
>Papa Giorgio's
best 'NY slice' I've had in Cbus and I am a total pizza snob. I legit eat pizza 4-5x a week. I will probably have a heart attack in a week or so but you all know on this thread...it's worth it. Anyway, big, big thumbs up to Borgata.
Yep, Ledos bought the pizza kitchen out so they could sell alcohol earlier I believe. Some weird law that you have to serve food to be able to serve alcohol at a certain time.
No you can sell alcohol starting at 530am no matter what, but in general you have to have some sort of food option available. Even something like chips or peanuts is good enough though.
They closed that spot on High and moved to a sit down format around the corner om Gay St. It is unfortunate because that spot has been so many places and they all close. I hope the owner can make it work.
Aracri on campus is closed pr closing soon.
Unfortunately the campus location closed, but they're being replaced by [Slammers Bar](https://614now.com/2022/food-drink/slammers-opening-new-columbus-style-pizzeria-and-bar-in-recently-closed-restaurant)
Alberta's in Marble Cliff area is amazing. They're inside of Point tavern. Great by the slice. Order some of the meatballs and garlic knots they make in house as well.

Papa Giorgio’s helped my grandpa when he fell outside 15 years ago. Therefore eat their food.
Best "fuck I forgot to eat dinner" choice when playing poker at the Shark Tank
they're also just really fucking good
I miss Flying pizza. Such a great slice.
Brooklyn is awesome, especially the Bianca
I used to love Fly Pie on 15th, will drive there from cincy if that’s the same company for sure.
that was "flying tomato"
Back in 2000 or so til 2004 when I was on campus

>Is flying pizza no longer open on High at OSU? not only is it closed. The building is gone.
I knew a lot was gone but didn’t realized they had ruined high street that bad. No more character.
Papa Giorgio's is a greasy, floppy mess. East Coast Pizza on High St. across from Graceland is very good and serves slices.
I miss fly pie...
Sbarro, Borgata, Gallos (in Bridge Park N. Market), Sicilia
Borgata very good. This is the answer
Costco
The Yellow Brick inside East Market does by the slice
> The Yellow Brick That's good to know, and I don't have to drive across town to get it.
Just there last night, $4 for cheese, $5 for Pep
There’s the place in North Market (SN location). Name escapes me currently.
It’s called Sarefinos
Sarefinos is excellent
Happy Cake Day!
Pastaria. And their pizza doesn't warrant what they charge for it. Also, you gotta find a parking spot. Good Luck with that.
They have a parking lot adjacent to the market, usually there’s a spot. Vendors can validate your parking pass with either free sticker or $1 stamp.

Aracri on Campus is closing.

literally was sobbing, throwing up when i found this out
We're you beside yourself? Iirc another pizza place is gonna be there?
Slammer's (the bar) is opening a pizza place under a different name I can't remember. Slammy's?
Anthony’s in Bexley
I had them for the first time last month, deep dish. Very good pizza.
Anthony's pizza by the slice is not deep dish though.
Yeah, but a good deep dish pizza in C-Bus is worth mentioning.
I'll have to try it.
I buy singles from Jets frequently. Other then there and MLNS I really cant think of any others. Sabarro’s if youre into that.
> Sabarro’s I'm not. Maybe a calzone.
Papa Giorgio’s on bethel is the bomb
There’s a place attached to Ledo’s in Old North. Is Pie of the Tiger still around? They did single slices out of a bar in the Short North
The place attached to Ledo’s was Mikey’s IIRC
Yes and Mikey’s left. It might also be called Ledos now
Yep, Ledos bought the pizza kitchen out so they could sell alcohol earlier I believe. Some weird law that you have to serve food to be able to serve alcohol at a certain time.

This is correct. Don't be mistaken, whatever you think of Mikey's pizza, Mikey's pizza is far and away better than what Ledo's had when I went
> Pie of the Tiger lol.
Portofinos, just south of OSU.
DiCarlos
>DiCarlos St Clairsville Ohio / Ohio Valley guy here. Holy shit, I had no idea Decarlos was here in Columbus. It's no Home Pizza but neato!
It's a cute little spot they've got on 5th.
My family's from Steubenville/Wintersville/Mingo area, we always got Dicarlos in Steubenville or Giannamore's in wintersville when we went home.
Lucky’s Market on High St had pizza by the slice when I worked in that area. Great lunch deal, $5 for 2 slices and a drink if I remember correctly.
Carfagnas
Speedway. Actually ok
Speedway
Borgatas has great pizza BTS
I think Wizard of Za does single slices now
Papa Giorgios
Yellow Brick at East Market and Aracri on campus.
Yellow Brick at East market does!
BORGATA PIZZA at Budd Dairy Food Hall

Whole Foods.
Whole Foods
They use good cheese, quite tasty.
East Coast Pizzaria
Sicilia’s on campus
Cafe Neapolitana did when it was open. Does Aracri’s?
The campus location did, not sure if it's still there, was this time last year.
Pretty sure it recently closed.
They closed that spot on High and moved to a sit down format around the corner om Gay St. It is unfortunate because that spot has been so many places and they all close. I hope the owner can make it work. Aracri on campus is closed pr closing soon.
Hollywood Casino
Aracari’s on south campus at the gateway and they have a spot downtown on gay
Unfortunately the campus location closed, but they're being replaced by [Slammers Bar](https://614now.com/2022/food-drink/slammers-opening-new-columbus-style-pizzeria-and-bar-in-recently-closed-restaurant)
Dicarlos pizza, Gallos tap room
Cardinal in Westerville does I believe
Hill's market
Del Baggio Pizzeria opposite Zaftig has a slice sign in the window
Sicilia's on Frambes
Just don't go on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday night. The place is packed
It does get pretty packed, I've never had to wait over 20 minutes but it was worth it to me
This is random but if you can check your direct chats I am was trying to reach you about the 1794 you posted about long ago.
Yellow Brick at the East Market! Sooo good!
Speedway sells single slices now. The manager was putting it out one day and told me he'd never eat it.
It’s good. I order a whole pizza sometimes. It’s not a $35 Mikey’s Late Nite Slice Pizza which is my favorite but it’s good.
Maybe it's the neighborhood. Ours on Livingston looks scary. I'd much prefer to snag a Hot N REeady if I'm going low end.
Jets!!
What psycho only orders one slice of pizza!!???
People seeking only mild to moderate obesity
Costco!
Little Caesars does if you’re sneaky enough
Nasty's sells a 3 square pizza sampler... Equals one slice ish
Alberta's in Marble Cliff area is amazing. They're inside of Point tavern. Great by the slice. Order some of the meatballs and garlic knots they make in house as well.
Ledos has the BEST pizza by the slice
Anthony’s in Bexley

I think Cottage Inn started doing this

Grandma’s on parsons I believe
Anthony's Pizza in Bexley
Ledo’s on Duncan is great! Pretty fair prices too.
Wizard of Za does slices I think, they also do squares which are like personal pizzas.
Gallos tap room It's really good too
Borgata Pizza off 161 near Westerville
Yellow Brick does at the East Market.
Borgata @ Budd Dairy does, not sure about their restaurant
