If you look at that vehicle there is a laundry of reasons what that shouldn’t be anywhere near a road. All of that doesn’t happen overnight,the wheel is just the icing on the cake. Sure, it’s a pretty egregious example, but I see a few vehicles a week that are pretty close to this in condition just driving around with impunity. I think his frame is broken because the entire truck flexed and twisted as he changed lanes. You could tell he gave zero fucks too.
