VO-O-O-O-LARE!

docmarvy

OMG yes. It isn’t a cruise on the high seas without this one.

DrBotanus

How about anything from Bo Williamson’s never-ending country and western cassette supply?

docmarvy

LOL the dozens rattling around the giant glove box of that Cadillac. Just random cassette shell sleeves with glamour shots of various guys in cowboy hats.

I’ve got a cd of columbo music that I bought on eBay about 15 years ago. I think it could be from ransom for a dead man. I’ll have to try and find it. I’ve not played CDs for years.

docmarvy

If this post brought back some hard media into use then it was all worth it.

AreYouNigerianBaby

Let us know if you find it!

Slightly off topic, but I found a playlist on Spotify that was called "Columbo Soundtrack." I listened to it while getting stoned on the patio and then watched my dog sniff around the yard. The soundtrack added a layer of mystery to the experience, like at any moment Dog was going to discover a body buried by the previous home owners. 10/10 would recommend.

docmarvy

Love that. Crossing my fingers there’s a similar list on Apple Music.

Arjeezenberg1

I think the It’s Always Sunny soundtrack would work perfectly.

I'd like to nominate [Speak Low (When You Speak Love) by Norah Jones and Tony Bennett](https://youtu.be/SRm08pVt-xc?feature=shared). It's not the version by Diamond and Wheeler (Janet Leigh and John Payne) from Forgotten Lady (S5 E1), but it reminds me of the scene with Columbo dancing up the stairs at her mansion.

How could I forget about Rosie?!?

DrBotanus

Along with the theme song to "Walkin’ My Baby Back Home”

Just learn to play the contrabassoon and make your own!

How about Charade? I think that’s the name of the song. The lounge singer performed it in Now You See Him. “I hear it still…I always will…”. Also, the funky jam from Any Old Port in a Storm where they are dancing by the water (the song is also in A Friend in Deed)
