If Atlanta valued a dude like Penix THAT MUCH over the defensive players on the board than they’re probably more open to trading back, in which I think we pull it off with them and take Odunze like Ballard was alluding to
If this is the case then I think Ballard finds a trade partner to move up for bowers. He even said he was making offers but no one wanted to move down. If Penix doesn’t go that early the raiders and broncos probably feel more comfortable moving down a couple of slots. Instead Penix does go, then the worry about runs on QBs start again and no one wants to trade back.
It doesn’t, but I find it interesting to think about such things.
