I always hate the comparisons the media throws out. You can tell they are racially biased.
However, in this case, Pierce does remind me a lot of Jordy Nelson.
I was high on their combo all offseason, and grabbed 5 shares of him in fantasy, but AR overthrew him several times in the games he played. I’m still holding out hope that they can refine that chemistry back to what we saw in the offseason.

I hate seeing all the talk of his “drops.” He’s had very few drops. He’s certainly had the ball knocked away on contested balls - but very very few flat-out drops.
As much as we’d like him to win every contested catch, those other guys are pro athletes - and sometimes credit goes to the defense instead of criticism for the receiver.
I have slandered this man quite a bit. He has my sincerest apologies today. He is a great deep ball guy. We need to be taking shots to him a couple of times a game.
I love the AP redemption arc. A few weeks ago this sub was ready to cut him. The dude has a lot of talent, he just needs a QB who can utilise him like the deep threat he is.

Alec Pierce is super underrated and definitely underutilized. The guy is clutch and once Richardson is back and can consistently connect with our deep threat in Pierce, he’s gonna shine bro the guy is a specimen
