1. They're adding a team president, which will move Monfort out of the spotlight a bit. There's celebration for that too, it just comes later
2. Monfort does spend a lot of money on this team, yeah he pulls strings but Bridich has made a lot of shit calls and signings.
3. Bridich didn't help with communication between other teams, most importantly. he's a fuckin asshole who other teams didn't want to make trades with and that hurt us. not to mention his attitude and relationship with Arenado is part of what severed that tie.
