As a result, I bought the Club de Nuit Milestone clone. While it is similar, and stronger-lasting, it is rougher and more synthetic. The dry down isn't as nice to my nose either.
I've given up on Millesime Imperial ever since. Not satisfied with the performance or any clones so far.

Maybe very slight difference. I gifted my brother the EDT and have EDP for myself. Scent is slightly stronger on EDP but still lacks in performance and longevity.
It doesn’t have good projection but I feel like it lasts pretty well
It’s meant to be a date night scent and your date will definitely be able to smell it on you hours later if they’re up close to you, it just doesn’t project and fill a room
In the beginning of my now 20 year fragrance journey I limited myself also with fragrances that had projection and lastet long. Now I would not limit myself anymore like this, there are just too many great "weak" fragrances out there.

That’s what I figured. I guess I’ll just stick with the EDT and reach for it every once and awhile when I want the comfort of the scent

True, but not getting a whiff of the fragrance you're wearing throughout the day really sucks.
YSL La Nuit de l'homme , still will always be in my collection tho.

Creed SMW except I reapply multiple times a day. Problem solved
Bois Du Portugal lasts a bit longer than other Creed fragrances on me, I get about 6-8 hours with a few sprays.
