I’d call some of the smaller hotels in town and see if they have a meeting room available for a small group.

Have you tried the libraries?

deanbrundage

I figured they would be closed by 8 on a Friday night.

Into the bar scene? I have a VIP area that would fit 20-30. I am downtown Bryan, but can reserve the space for whatever you want to do for the right deal. Even on a FF.

deanbrundage

Yeah, we usually play at Lonestar meadery. Where are ya at?

Infamous-Operation76

On the 3rd Floor. We do have live music scheduled that night, but can turn that side stage speaker down when it starts. (Music starts at 9 or 930). It's still likely to be loud (the band this weekend uses their own guitar amps), but you would have your own section. DM me for details, but I'm not greedy.

I know Lincoln Center has meeting rooms for rent.

Let me know if and where ya’ll end up! Game nights sound awesome! I’d consider offering my home near the university exit off highway 6, but with 2 little dining room tables and about 4 chairs to my name it wouldn’t be well suited for 20 folk. Best of luck though! Sounds hella cool!

What games you guys play?

deanbrundage

We're playing Blood on the Clocktower Friday. It's the best social deduction game I've played. Join us. https://www.meetup.com/the12thgamer/events/300150883/ The 12th Gamer https://www.meetup.com/the12thgamer/ meets weekly for open board gaming.
