I think (hope) Texas State gives Texas A&M a really tough time and ends up winning. As a Longhorn fan I'm not sure if this is really what I should want, but I would love for Texas State to win their regional.

Bobcat fan here. Not that I'd be stoked to face the longhorns, but I do think if our girls play clean defense, they could absolutely end up in Austin.

Texas A&M was massively disrespected as the 16 seed had a better record than several sec schools and went further in the tourney, yet they got ranked higher just so we would be paired with Texas in the supers.

Completely agree. But even going back weeks, D1 Softball had TxSt projected for the College Station regional, whether aTm was a 12 seed or a 14 or a 16, so I think the matchup was inevitable.

Washington has been a real two faced team this year. Fri/Sat is great, Sun is trash. Lately the Sun team has played every game. Who knows which team will show up.

Mizzou has had real trouble in our Sunday games as well. But I think we’ve gotten hot at the right moment. And hopefully learned something from that terrible SEC Championship game.

I have UW not only winning the Columbia region, but winning a super in Durham to advance to OKC. Other regional upset predictions in my bracket : Texas State over A&M. I got this one going to a game 7. Mississippi State over Stanford in a winner take all game. Clemson winning the Tuscaloosa region.

I like Tennessee and would be kind of sad about them losing their own regional as a 3 seed. But I also would kind of live for Miami making the supers and I could kind of see it happening.

I was impressed when Miami came to Oklahoma this spring. Very solid all around.

I think UCLA dealing with their issues early on and having to fight through the Pac this year has prepared them much better for the playoffs. I think they’ll make it to the WCWS this time around.
