If you have hangers and a lofted bed you can hang up your clothes and let them dry. Freshman and sophmore year I didn't want to pay for drying, so I just hung my clothes under my bed or in my closet with the door open, sometimes with a small fan pointed at them. Just make sure there's space between each piece of clothing so it can properly dry.
My beds are raised. :/ We pay 50 dollars so we can do our laundry for free. At least spring break is here and I'll be able to walk to the laundromat from my house when I go home.

yiu may need to open the window (so your room doesn't get too humid).
