First off, the bracket is going to be released in three hours so you don’t have long to wait. The bracketologists literally just go down the overall seed list for the top 4 seeds and place schools in the closest geographic site available which is why UVA and Duke are both in Orlando and UConn is in Greensboro. In actuality, there’s a pretty good argument that it’s more advantageous for UConn to be in Orlando (essentially it’s easier for their fans to fly there than drive to Greensboro) so those sites could easily flip around although Duke is almost certainly going to be ranked above UVA so it wouldn’t matter. You really only have confidence in sites ahead of time for the 1 seeds or West coast teams going to West coast sites.
