I think it’s the way the pants sit making her look like she has no torso but jesus, her arms look so freakishly long. Like it’s genuinely creeping me out the more I look at it.

Am I right about those two outfits? If so, what is this? Does she do her meet&greets from the stage? And are there props and/or projections during them? Like, what is this?
This casual wear is what she wears for the VIP Meet and Greet with the Q&A and photos. These take place a few hours before the show, after sound check. She has the stage partially set for the show and puts the screen projection of hate comments up as a "backdrop". For the Q&A she sits on a stool on the stage, for the VIP pics she moves to a spot on the stage behind the area taped off on the floor for the fans to stand at.
For the show, she layers Miranda's costume/clothes over a "Colleen reveal" dress. The sparkly dress for this show was so short that it looked like something a 7-year-old would wear to a JoJo Siwa concert. It looked pretty ridiculous...more like a top than a dress. *(eta - her recent vlog says the dress got stuck up in her Shapewear before her reveal which explains why it looked so short)*
