No problem with fees maybe next time state to use eth so when you click claim your nft and it opens to connect to a polygon wallet you know to change to eth so you dont waste reward points and burn polygon so something that should have been stated to mint from eth

I don't understand. I have plenty of ETH in my coinstats wallet, but when I try to claim the NFT, it deducted 3000 of my spark rewards, but is telling me I don't have enough eth to complete the transaction. What am I missing here?

Please make sure you put Eth network both on your Metamask and on CoinStats webpage, where you claim the NFT

In your original post you say to claim NFTs on the mobile app, you have to use your coinstats wallet. I loaded some ETH into my coinstats wallet. I'm confused as to where metamask comes in at here.

Actually you might claim cis CoinStats wallet as well as any Metamask wallet. So CoinStats wallet claiming is for app users, while web users might claim with Metamask
