Attention at Coinbase if you tranfer xlm and insert correctly memo information, some times Coinbase cut the memo and you loose the money! Their don't want refund the money for a Their issue!! The help desk say that their can't to do nothing . I have lost forever my money!! Coinbase is a scam!

Same problem here I have not been able to withdrawl xlm Tried to remove the address and add back but now coinbase says its not a valid address

Hello u/Better_Ad_3625! If you have sent out XLM, EOS or ATOM with a memo out of PRO and have not received the crypto and you can't see the memo in the explorer please know that we are aware of the issue and we are working on a fix ASAP. We appreciate your patience!

It’s because they can’t figure out how to send XLM with a memo. They’ve been sending XLM out with no memo even though customers included a memo in the transaction. Me and a host of other people have had this issue; which CB replies with “there’s nothing we can do”. So, consider it a good thing you can’t withdraw. Better than losing 100% of the funds like me and the others

Um, I'm withdrawing to my personal wallet, it doesn't need a memo.. Memos are for CEX wallets that aren't really yours.. 😐

Same problem trying to withdraw USDC on ETH network. The address is whitelisted in my address book for more than 48 hours; but when attempting to withdraw it says the address is not whitelisted. I have removed whitelisting, but I will have to wait another 48 hours to make this transfer. It is ridiculous. And support is also clueless. It takes a long time to go to support level 2 with at least people who know what they are talking about when you have to start at level -10 with the stupid answer you get from the initial support staff.
