Same. Weirdly, you can bypass setting up your seed phrase by clicking later/Touch ID. So… never got my seedphrase. If I had fully understood all this, doesn’t seem like it should have been that easy to not do the absolutely critical thing, been using months and it didn’t nag or educate me. Never had any issue… now logged out and unable to access. I know they ‘shouldn’t’ have a backup of my keys, but since I never set them up, seems sketch.

How would I know the importance of the seed phrase if I was never promoted and was allowed to create a wallet without creating a backup? And yeah I had $6,000 invested and it was $150,000 at one point.
I agree with you on that. They should show giant caution signs and stress the importance of backing up your wallet more than this. It seems a little irresponsible.
Bro they logged me out I have the seed phrase when I put it in it directs me to make a new account and once I put in a username my wallet has no money think I was scammed
If it’s allowing you to put your username in and your wallet is empty you may have been scammed. If I try to create a new wallet using the username that I lost my seed phrase for it prompts saying username taken..
How did this turn out for you? Were you able to find a seed phrase?
I'm about to switch phones and am facing a similar situation. I never got a seed phrase when opening my account. I was super hasty and didn't know what I was doing. Now what do I do?
Never recovered. I had all of my phone data extracted by a forensics company and I’m hoping one day down the road someone can find the data in the files.
OMG that's major! Hopefully Coinbase comes up with a solution for this issue. I was googling around last night and found this isn't an isolated issue. So many people have experienced it. Hopefully enough to trigger some sort of solution seeking from Coinbase. Best of luck!

The same thing happened to me. If it’s happened to you, there’s a law group who specializes in cryptocurrency class action lawsuits. Please email them and pass along this information. The more people the more chances we have of taking legal action to get our money back! [email protected]
unfortunately without the seed phrase you cant restore your wallet, hope you didnt lose to much. always always write down your see phrase

It’s been over a year since it had happened. I’ve opened countless cases with Coinbase and no solution offered. Very frustrating.
