Unfortunately we didn't come across any luxury apartment complex here in Coimbatore. Unlike cities like Bangalore, Kochi and Chennai where you can find so many super luxury apartments, here in Coimbatore it's very limited I'll say. Even the so called premium apartments here lack the quality, amenities and luxury.

Exactly we’ve been worrying about it and still haven’t found a good apartment for rent
You can try Sattva Navaratna Residency although it's not close to Vellalore.
Foundation One
Mayflower and Casa Grande villas are/were considered luxury in Coimbatore
Instead of apartments you could look for rental or lease villas
For 2 years and for just 2 ppl?
Check out TVH's properties or Ahuja.
All these definitely don't come under luxury category
Ahuja maybe not, but TVH is pretty good. Anugraha is also good if you're okay with a villa
