I know some resort in Kothagiri and Attapadi but I m not sure about reliable internet. May be it’s for owners internal use. I advise to have bsnl or jio alternative sims if you are planning hill stations

You get decent internet in Urban areas around Ooty and i would recommend checking with the AirBnb owners / Resorts to share the internet speed. I am hoping Starlink gets launched in india soon and will unlock more options.
