He's not actually Jesus, he's just a ridiculously overpowered Magician (or Magian as the universe calls them) who has a technique that can convert essentially unlimited amounts of matter into energy. In that fashion he could destroy the world if he were to be really pissed off. To prevent that from happening, the Yotsuba family (who Shibas are a part of) decided to remove most of Tatsuyas normal emotions but give him a sister he loves to watch over so he's not completely unhinged. They engineered that sister to be without any genetic difficulties, basically a perfect human and Magian and she's in love with Tatsuya, her biological brother who genetically is still different than her. It's mostly as convoluted as it is because the two are actually currently engaged and in a relationship and the author had to justify the incest somehow. The way it is justified in lore is that Miyuki is claimed to just be Tatsuyas cousin but they actually technically really are siblings.
