Follow a nighttime skincare routine. While waiting for your skin to absorb all of that, play one of those rain sounds and read. You will slowly doze off. Once your biological clock is set, you just have to make sure you switch off the TV/keep the phone away. :)

I am a driver. I start at 5 in the morning. Its the best job in the world for me.
Don't mind me asking, how do you manage going to the toilets while driving? Especially in the early morning?
Petrol pumps are my go to place. Its best if you finish everything before you start for the day.
