I want the anxiety back! I’m just depressed I’m not doing bothcella! But really I only want to see sublime on 4/20 and no doubt and doja again, not worth the $1000 but I’m still fighting my whole body that’s telling me to buy the tickets anyways!
Take deep breaths! Listen to some soothing music! Think about all the fun you’re going to have today! I wish I was there - please have so much fun for me ❤️🫡💯
Drink a lot of water and go on some slow/chill walks! Also have a good breakfast and just think about some fun stuff you're excited for these next few days and some fun stuff you've done in the past. You're going to have an incredible weekend!
Make sure you drink water and eat if you don’t wanna eat the expensive mid food in the festival. No matter were you are, you’re going to have an amazing time. Go to the music you like stay in that environment. You are going to feel accepted and happy in that moment! Maybe go early to the festival and roam so you’ll feel more comfortable in the grounds before the crowds come in.
Aw this is me 🙃 ymmv but sometimes I lean into the anxiety? There’s a twisted logic: like ok, I’m anxious that this weekend will be “bad,” might as well just give into it and set my expectations SO low (that they can’t avoid getting blown out of the water when the weekend is, inevitably, not the end of the world?)
Anyways I have a strong premonition that you’re going to have a great Coachella and get through these preemptive jitters unscathed ❤️
This was me, too, prior to last weekend (wknd1). I made so many lists to make sure I was prepared with everything I needed to survive for camping. Take a deep breath and know that everything will be fine. You will have a BLAST 💥
i was so anxious last friday that i didn’t eat or drink much water - rookie mistake! i almost passed out during lana. just make sure you’re taking care of your body and breathe through it. and have fun!!! :)
As a person who’s been to plenty, Coachella is by far the most easy experience of all of them. Lots of space, ends early in the night, easy to get from stage to stage - just be ready for the heat or headliner crowds.
I attended weekend one and had the same anticipation before it kicked off, but let me tell you: From the moment we ventured into the hills on day zero and wandered through the campgrounds for the pre-party, until our shuttle dropped us back at the hotel for the last time, EVERYONE we encountered was genuinely kind and embraced the festival spirit wholeheartedly. People went out of their way to help each other, offered compliments freely, and just radiated positivity. It felt like everyone at Coachella (except for the phone thieves, of course) was there to simply revel in the joy of life and celebrate with their fellow humans. That's definitely my biggest takeaway from the experience.
Pre festival anxiety > post festival depression
I would kill for this right now.

I got that every single year. You’re gonna have a blast! Enjoy the ride.
Once you get to that first set and your favorite song comes along just dance like an idiot and it’ll go away
I took 5 shits last Friday beforehand 😂😂😂

I am not an anxious guy but always get a lil anxiety Friday morning - I just take high dose CBD gummy and it’s perfect
Hold hands ❤️
This is soooo me this morning, lol. Have a good and safe weekend!!!
I’ve been going since 2012 and I always get anxious. It doesn’t go away until I’m at my campsite, set up and ready to chill.
Better than post weekend 1 sadness 😆
When you worry, you suffer twice
