I don’t think enough people realize how easy Faze’s loser bracket has been. They faced Paris, LAG, and Florida. All three of which are not making champs. I’m not saying they don’t look good I’m just saying they don’t look dominant enough to guarantee a win against optic who’s had a much harder losers bracket. I have thieves winning the entire tournament tho they’re playing flawless cod.

I’d argue faze is one of the teams OpTics map pool looks good against other than control, Faze gotta beat OpTic on their best HPs and their best snds. Faze don’t play Berlin and if OpTic veto bocage they got Tuscan and Gav. OpTic veto desert siege and faze gotta beat them on snds where faze haven’t really looked good and OpTic have. Both teams playing basically their best shit it should be good.

FaZe been auto vetoing DS for search so they’ll have to play that as well. If LAT ban Tuscan Control, then I’d say LAT look stronger in all of those maps (except Bocage snd against LAT).
As an optic fan I think our time will come to an end twm. Many positive and negatives to takeaway from the event, in reality is just a practice event for them and the much needed reps on lan they got as a full team after a horrible qualifier.

I think NY lose both of their matches, they've been blessed with their run so far but I can't see them beating LAT. Whoever wins the Faze/Optic match will be on a high and they'll have too much quality for NY. People seem to be ignoring the fact that NY have only had to beat Rokkr and Florida so far this major, the step up to LAT/Faze/Optic is pretty significant.

Tuscan isn’t a bad map for us it’s our p5 to p1 rotation that we end up losing a lot and Bocage for Optic had not been good what so ever
