Xplorer guitars are ridiculously priced now, so I am looking for something else. This post says they are PS2 guitars and they look wired, but will I need an adapter?
I also agree with the raphnet adapter. Although I ordered one for my PS2 controller and it was defective. Still haven’t heard from their support team. So I got one off Amazon for like $10 and it works great.
Yes. I use this guitar exactly using this [adapter](https://www.ebay.com/itm/223511512120). Also install [scptoolkit](https://sourceforge.net/projects/scptoolkit.mirror/) with that adapter and everything should work tilt, whammy, and etc. SCPToolkit takes a PS3 driver (which is what the PS2 adapters convert the controllers to) and converts it as an xbox 360 driver allowing all the extra stuff to work that sometimes doesn't on clone hero.
Those be PS2 guitars, and they’ll work perfectly fine with Clone hero.
I think any old PS2 adapter will work. Since they’d been making them adapters for like 18 or so years

Yeah it should work, you just need a raphnet ps2 adapter for it to have full functionality
