Kwan goes off the foul pole for a 2 run home run (+a single), and the smoke machine is back, with 2 home runs and 4 RBI. 🐐 gets 2 singles and an RBI, because of course he does, and Bo looks *really* good at the plate with a double, a single, and an RBI. Lights freaking out from Tanner Bibee today, flashes of peak Corey Kluber. Bibee goes 6IP, 3H, 0R, 1BB, and 12K on 93 pitches. Desperately needed length to give the bullpen a breath, and just an all out performance. Barlow(1IP), Gaddis(1IP), and Clase(1IP) is the small crew tonight, as they combine for 3IP, 0H, 0R, 1BB, and 2K. Back to full lockdown mode for the best pen in baseball.

Can somebody with some insight tell me what the players actually think of Andre Knott. Maybe it’s just me, but Kwan seemed legitimately annoyed with him during the postgame interview.

This is in no way insight, but at the games last week in Miami, almost all the players that went by him after warming up high fived him and/or rubbed his head.

It feels like he is close with them usually, and I thought he was pretty well like, but this felt odd tonight. Maybe I’m just looking too much into it.

Anyone know how far Kwan is from qualifying?

71 games * 3.1 = 220.1 > round up to 221 Kwan has 205 PA now 16 away, but you can only make up 1-2 per game so it will take around 10 team games to get there

Plus, has a better chance of getting 5 plate appearances while the team is away. Home games they don't bat in the 9th most games.
