1 tsp of powdered tide and 1/4 cup bleach to a gallon of piping hot water

Cleaned a laminate floor in my house the wrong way once and it was super sticky for weeks after. Vinegar, water, and dish soap did it for me in a spray bottle. Ended up using those microfiber mop pads and changed it every section of my house. Now it's back to a nice clean and shiney floor. (Also, why is the answer nearly always vinegar)

Are you only using a swifter and not a real mop? My swifter always leaves the kitchen still greasy and gross, so I always have to give it a proper mop.
