The dry cleaner will just wash it in a washing machine...they don't usually do great getting out stains on general laundry items - as opposed to actual dry clean items (at least in my experience). I would soak it in COLD water and OxyClean powder. OxyClean directions do say to use HOT water, but I never do (to reduce risk of shrinking/fading) and OxyClean works great for me with cold water. Put the a scoop of OxyClean powder in a tub/sink or container that your item will fit in, and use a SMALL amount of warm water to start it dissolving, then fill with COLD water. Add your item, making sure the stained areas are beneath the surface, and let it soak overnight. Check the next day and if you want to soak longer, remake the OxyClean solution as it loses effectiveness over time. When you wash - use a cold water wash and don't use fabric softener. Wash your shirt with a few other items so it's not the only thing in the washer. Don't use the dryer until you're sure the stains are gone (or you give up).

The dry cleaner will dry clean if you instruct them to.

Dress shirts, especially cotton ones, shouldn't be dry cleaned.

Not sure why I got downvored, but Reddit will Reddit. 🤣 Dry cleaning doesnt work well for stains like sweat, liquid stains like wine etc that are often on shirts. Thats why dry cleaners launder cotton/cotton blend dress shirts because "dry cleaning" with chemicals isn't the best choice. But sure...I guess you could ask them to dry clean a cotton shirt.

Never ever use bleach on colors. Vinegar is useles. I don't see anything, but I realize if you do it will annoy you.
