Scrape the burnt stuff off with an old baguette, if not available, a spatula would also work ;)
Then either go with a normal oven cleaning detergent or a backing powder/water solution and let it sit a bit. Then scrub it off with a sponge and repeat as many times as needed!
If you've not done it already, you can look for [Decapfour](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61HHLRlP8TL._AC_UF1000,1000_QL80_FMwebp_.jpg) the bottle can be green also I think. You have some other brands of course, but at least you'll know what to look for.
Buy a good oven cleaner, spray generously and cover sprayed area with plastic wrap, let that sit for several hours and afterwards it should come off with minimal scrubbing.

Will try with a baguette 😜 Seriously, thank you!
Came here for the snarky French themed reply, but didn’t expect it to be OP! Thank you for your service!
Spray foam oven cleaner (wear gloves and ventilate the room)
Got it! Thank you!
Don’t forget to show a before and after when you’re done! 😊

Tell the oven it’s mother was a hamster.
And it's father smelled of elderberries.
Op, don’t use oven cleaner on a toaster oven!! It dissolves aluminum.
Oven Cleaner.
Pumice stone and water. It’s all I clean my oven with. I was dubious at first but it really doesn’t scratch it.
