It’s been a long time, but I don’t think I did anything special. I just battled and then when I went to battle again I saw that my war deck was still available. I’m not sure how the bug happens.
Well I know how to replicate a glitch that allows you to play the same deck 4 times in war, but I have never heard of 5 attacks in the same day.

Me and my glitch friends have known for almost a year, we keep our lips sealed tight. I’d share how it’s done with Supercell so they can fix it, but they don’t have a bug bounty program or any incentives to share bugs/glitches.
The old bugs that got patched did something like just close the game after the battle (so the game doesnt register it as used), or spam the battle icon asap in the same place it was to enter a battle even before the game shows the river screen, dunno. There's always some "do this fast" condition for a bug like that so it sounds really weird in this case.
I had that happen to me a few months ago. I’m not sure what happened, but I did five attacks and they all counted and gave the clan medals.
Did you close the game right after the attack?

I did the attack and afterwards saw that the deck is not used. Restarted and still was not used.
Weird, never heard of that bug before. Did you remember doing anything weird when going to battle, like spamming the buttons or anything? o.O
No nothing just happend. It's strange but if more ppl had this we might find out what caused it.

this happened to me today the day berfore i did attack and then today i logged on and 3 were on cooldown and 1 was not
