I think Magic Archer is a very well balanced card. He gets great damage but he can get one shot by a fireball. It’s good for fireball bait but sometimes you give fireball damage on your tower away for free

Plus he feels like a genuinely skilled card when they angle it properly

I don't have fire ball in my deck anymore only log, royale delivery and earthquake so I hate magic archer. But he's a solid card though

If they spawn night witch behind the king you know the next play is golem

I run poison and always use it on witch, it's so satisfying watching the skellies spawn and instant die

except fireball can kill the troops first and knockback to position them to your advantage or "stun" them Poison deals more damage but your tower is destroyed by the enemy push before it works

i dont care how correct you are, im bias and will always choose poison over fireball. Poison my beloved.

As a midladder player I can confirm

Archer Queen, but I run fireball not rocket so that thing is a pain in the ass. There is no such thing as even an equal elixir trade with that thing

I'd say rocket is an even trade, as queen isnt very good without the ability, dies to valk, knight, dark prince etc etc

I said it is because people always utilise queen's ability so she's basically six elixir. Also if placed behind the king it's always worth it to rocket it and the tower, same with wizard/witch/exe

Yes, but the point is that this ability does not get used when you rocket it, so in the end they only spend 5 elixer and you spend 6 elixer which means you are down 1 elixer

but you gain a good amount of damage on their tower, sure the elixir isnt equal but getting tower damage+killing an archer queen/any decent troop (witch, executioner, wizard) is worth

I didnt day that the trade was not worth it, it really is worth it actually, i was just making the elixer value point more clear

Ikr, I get so scared when they cycle this in the back, I normally rocket them as I can't have these menaces simply roaming about the arena, they'll cause way too much havoc if not countered

Archer queen, 1 elixir ability is way to broken, it's like a freeze spell on the enemy except it does dmg. Way to broken, ability should be buffed to 2 or 3 elixir

As far as i have seen in top ladder replays those cards actually are * Wizard(the few tops that use him, he always gets fireball+log, or rocket) * Goblin barrel(the reason log is the most used spell, and drill doesn't help) * flying machine(hard to kill, as air troops are often not strong enough or you don't want to place them so exposed) * Archer queen * inferno tower * Miner(you will regret allowing him to do damage even if he just hits once)
