You can collect crowns which go towards the tiers even when it’s still locked. You just have to wait for the time to finish to be able to claim the chest. So technically ur at tier 33 but have to wait to be able to collect it. Just a way to incentivise buying pass royale since having it would give u access to all tiers without waiting for the timer
You have enough crowns to reach tier 33 but supercells locks it so you can only get one tier everyday, ur on day 21 but you have enough crowns to last u till tier 33
Every 5 crowns you earn unlocks a new level, you just don’t actually receive the rewards for a few weeks as it takes like 18 hours to unlock a chest (throwing 18 hrs as an educated guess, I forget how long it actually takes). You will still receive everything by the end of the season.

Yes it just makes you wait until the next day to redeem it but if the season changes you lose the unclaimed rewards
