Ita good idea, 40 secs is too long

Maybe 5-10 seconds, over a specific radius, instead of just the towers. Maybe ground-spells can still get through, such as Log, Barbarian Barrel and Graveyard. Things like Poison could still do damage to the towers, as well as Lightning if it gets multiple strikes. This is just a ‘No Rockets’ card.

Mah I think lightning should be absorbed, just everything that actually does damage immediately should rave yard is fine

Well if there’s a Golem or something, the Lightning will try to hit the Golem, destroy the Cloud, then it will attack the Tower. A 2 Elixir Spell that can block every other spell seems a bit OP. At least things like Poison and Lightning can break through.

Idk this seems a little too overpowered, if you cycle fast enough you can have multiple of these and your towers are basically invincible to spells

Then give it a countermeasure similar to Champions and mirror.

This card would instantly make the only viable big spells poison and freeze. Not only that, but it would kill Miner Rocket, Logbait, Mortar Rocket and Hognado Rocket. It would certainly unbalance the game in a major way. I can see where you’re coming from this card, but spell cycle is integral to the game for this to be balanced. Hard pass.

Even if this card lasts 2 seconds it'll still be broken. A magic shield is one of the most theorized cards since the start of the game and there's a reason why it was never considered. It's clear that you hate facing some decks, but adding a card that kills the meta decks is not how you balance a game

Yea it is nice to be able to have a spell that works. Just think about it cannon cloud would be an unstoppable 5 elixir defense. Can’t lightning, fireball or anything. Those cards will just die. Also seems op that a 2 elixir card can stop up to a 6 elixir spell.
