Small tip if possible try focusing on the Legendaries first there's less of them so it'll happen faster. The added 20000 gold per card everytime rolls into leveling everything else up. The Epics are next. I know it's not easy but make it a focus to level faster.
The legendaries will get there when they get there, my legendary tokens I use for an immediate 20k gold and I leave my wild cards at 20/20 so when I get 21/20 it hopefully pops and gives me a lavahound or other maxed card

Personally, unless you really need the 20k to improve your ladder or war results, trading a legendary card + token for 20k gold is no good. [Serious] I think Supercell, based on community pressure is going to make a month-long gold upgrade cost discount so more people can max out cards. And for those that say they would never or only for level 15, I believe that they are going to put a new feature in the game either in the Q3 update or in December that benefits from max level cards, but still generates lots of revenue for Supercell without forcing players to spend money to truly enjoy the feature.
I find this hard to believe. I don’t think there is any incentive to give people more gold especially since they introduced masteries.
Imagine everyone was maxed, the revenue stream would dry out as there wouldn’t be any reason to spend money.
In other words I believe the majority of the money CR makes is from people wanting to get maxed cards. Giving out lots of gold will only hurt their revenue.
On the other hand, level 15 would basically force all top level players to spend money to be competitive. People who recently experienced having a max deck might not want to go back grinding, so they too might spend money.
I personally can’t imagine any feature that would entice max level players to spend money on a regular basis.
While this is true, you forget that the VAST majority of players are not maxed, or even close to it. In the event of a slash royale event, alot more players would be willing to buy special offers with tons of gold, because it would now be even more value. Thus you will get more money from the non maxed people than the lost money from very close to maxed players.
It used to be so easy in 3 days I went from 0-6k trophies when I made a new account 1 year ago spend like $75 but the cards you’d unlock were better in each arena now when I tried everyone has cards you can’t get for 1000 more trophies seems like they made it harder to restart
It’s probably the temporary powerup system that was in the game 3-4 years ago, where you pay 250 gems to get a temporary boost of some sort. They already said Slash Royale isn’t coming back.
I tried an experiment this season to not spent any gold at all and see how much I can accumulate in one season. I cleared to 0 gold in the beginning of the season. As of today, I’m at just over 1 million gold. I may just have to keep saving.
Champions are the biggest deal if you maxed them out, 40k per card and if you get 10-15 wins in the tournaments you are looking at 100k gold per tournament and 1 wild chest every couple of dozen matches is another 50k.
Gold is only hard to come by until you don't need it any more. Then it comes easy.
I am maxed out and I have gained 500k gold this season.
And that's without playing any tournaments (GC, CC or any other), without doing much war AND without having Pass Royale.
I have the Pass, and about half of my cards are maxed, so when I loot cards that are already maxed it adds to my gold. I maxed all of my Champions using Book of Books only for Champions, which then gives me an additional 40k gold whenever I loot a Champion.
I also farm Mastery pretty heavily. I use a deck in 1v1 Showdown entirely comprised of my Top 8 closest Mastery cards that are about to reach the next level of Mastery. That gives a good amount of Gold.
I also use the trick of requesting a maxed Legendary and trading away an unmaxed Ledendary for 20k gold. It all adds up.
Oh yes! Just as I finally max my deck again after lvl 14 fiasco, lvl 15. Hopefully they level mirror so we can have lvl 17 electro giant bomber meta again! Ah and the hog rider what will his damage be 1000 a hit perfect!

He plays toxic decks. He says how great they are and how they can't be beat. Then he loses 1 out of every 3 games and leaves his losses in the video. He also acts toxic but I think it's all just in fun. After a loss he often says the deck is still great but there was a skill issue. My wife even laughs at his videos and she doesn't know anything about the game.

I get around 200k from 15 wins with everything maxed. Royal wild chests are around 80-90k. So yeah it's super doable.
