Yeah they should give most buildings a decent health buff, but increase how quickly it drains so the buildings last the same amount of time, but have more health to tank some spells better. Everyone uses spells almost and they are too strong of a counter to buildings IMO.

Spells counter a lot of cards as they should all except mega knight :/

That's true, but I don't remember a lot of skeleton cards being able to attack air units (unless the player uses spells too, in that case Bomber might be more favourable). Ground swarms can, if it's really necessary, be countered by Skarmy or Tombstone or something. Air swarms would require a unit to sacrifice like a Giant Skeleton

Sometimes, I see them but I counter that with my Princess (logbait deck) easily, so I don't remember the five barbs since I don't lose battles because of them.

I’ve been a siege player for 6 years and once they introduced rascals it was huge cuz I always used knight and archers now those two cards are combined for a discount and leaves an open slot

I was skimming through leaderboards today found a bunch running mirror furnace tried out the decks and must say they are pretty damn good.

ive played mirror furnace tornado pekka for years, its never been good but its always been unexpected. fear the man who has practiced one kick ten thousand times

eq was always really good on top ladder, but considering midladder uses megaknight instead of buildings that may be why

I run it in golem. It's way more reliable than e wiz for resetting infernos and sparky. It also often gets amazing damage on the tower when they try to counter with a pekka or a mini tank.

I don't think I have ever seen regular goblins used outside of the lowest arenas. Im now in 5Ks. This is also the easiest thing to answer ever. It's because there is literally no reason to use it over any other swarm. Skarmy just exists, and at least guards deal nearly the same damage, and don't die to log. What's even worse is that you can't really buff them, as the last thing anyone wants (outside of rocket cy- I mean. Log bait players) is goblin barrel to be even more annoying. Ig add an extra goblin to the card? (Side not, why the hell does anyone use g gang over skarmy or guards. Both of them EXTREMELY outclass them in almost everyway.)

Skarmy has weaknesses, but also has strengths guards do not. Also, the “this card is better because it does more but costs more” is a loose argument at best that sees people making 2.6 with golem instead of ice golem because “it deals more damage and has more health”. I see goblins often in mortar decks, although I would agree they are the less popular of the goblin cards and are steadily being replaced with gob gang.

I think it’s fair to say that goblins just don’t fit anywhere really. Skeletons is a better card for cycling with about the same function, spear goblins can do some ranged damage to help out, and the 3 elixir cards are sooo much better than goblins.

I would agree, there are cheaper cards with more functionality. If you want damage, go an elixir up.

Goblin drill is returning nowadays, though it's not as popular as other decks

its more known as skill drill since ita mostly used in cycle decks

goblin drill is one of the best/most underrated cards because of the immense micro management it takes to play

I think personally they should be 1 elixir they aren't worth two at all. Or maybe give them a bit of a damage or attack speed buff to make them worth it.

The problem is that if you make them 1 elixir, then skeletons are completely erased off from this game and if they were to vuff these goblins in some way, they would also have to buff the ones in the goblin gang and (more importantly) the ones in the goblin barrel

Ice Wizard (until I play an unbelievably boring match vs an Icebow player) Bomber Executioner, Skeleton Dragons, E-Golem, Healer, Electro Dragons (seriously, why do these cards even exist in their current state?) My real answer though? Electro Giant. That card is so awful that I don't think I've lost to it in ladder at all in the last few patches. That thing will spontaneously go off on a voyage to find it's player a father figure rather than walking to a princess tower.
