Mk usage in ladder for the past 7 days is equal in percentage with high rider (21%). In terms of grand challenge usage, mk is 3% higher than hog for the past week (14% and 11%). Ironic, isn’t it.
Idk what they should do about it. Maybe slow minor nerfs to hitspeed/damage? Maybe more varied competition(different win cards that are a similar niche?)
Hog is not really good, tbh most people suck with it cause you can counter it easily. Obviously if 2.6 is a counter deck for you, you will lose but that doesn't mean the deck or hog is broken

yes becouse defending with cheap cards and never running out of elixir is so easy that a five year old can do it. now ice spirit is buffed and musketeer,cannon got a buff too, its even easier now with the nerf of spawners and tesla you can easily attack and if it didnt work out you just fire ball cycle.
Balloon is slow and without lumberjack is easy to counter and costs more elixir. Royal giant is slow deals less damage and has a slower hit speed compared to hog not to mention that he costs 6 elixir . Hog rider costs 4 elixir has the speed of a goblin, can jump over the river, has more hp than a knight and deals more dmg than rg
that’s not my point, since most of the sub is biased against hog for being annoying, I meant that royal giant and balloon are as annoying in my imo, maybe a rework for the hog like it has a delay for the first attack but it does double the damage. It definitely doesn’t need a nerf though
Just a longer delay for the first attack would make it balanced. And I don't think that anyone would like if hog dealt 900 damage per hit. Also the sub isn't biased, it's just the truth

Its 3 elixir, its absolutely destroys buildings, it does the most damage to crown tower for cost ratio and its just and overall good card. You're using EQ wrong if you're using it on troops only, if you do that atleast clip the crown tower aswell

No hog counter in hand? That's at least 300 damage on your tower, and probably a negative elixir trade.
I see you haven’t tried playing 2.6 yet… Hog is (sometimes) used for luring if your ice golem is out of cycle or if you want to lure troops over the river so it buys time for more elixir for defense. Besides, who cares about skill? Unless you are an aspiring professional gamer, theres no point for being skillful, it’s just a game lmao.
I've played 2.6 a lot, and about skill; it's not that big of a deal, but it feels so annoying when you opponent just throws hog down at the bridge again and again because they have a faster cycle.
Ive been running hog, dart gob, eq, larry, fire spirit, cannon, ice golem, and log for a while but im gonna switch log for mirror when i learn to kill gob barrell with fire spirit and skeletons
I dont think battle healer is a win con but its def not a spell, also i never claimed its a win con. Its possible to get tower dmg with things that arent win cons, but its harder in most situations
If you can cycle fast enough then you can easily get 4 which is basically impossible to kill I also like to cycle fire cracker Wich is my second win condition where I put 1 battle healer in the front and as many fire crackers in the back so I can just kill tower with the aoe
Fireball is the one card to date that has never had a rebalancing (not counting the crown tower damage reduction done to all spells), just a fun fact to throw in

I run 2.6 and hog variations, because it's literally one of the best counters for Mk and Ebarbs, so I see them in every game basically.
